Mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Sessions (45 minute sessions). We will meet weekly or bi-weekly. The first few weeks will lay the foundation for understanding mindfulness. Then, we will apply the mindfulness education to your life.
My sessions are a good fit for women experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, sleep disorders, lack of life purpose, work related stress, job stress due to discrimination, historical trauma, generational trauma, or, those who are interested in a rational, non-judgmental sounding board. My sessions are not a good fit for couples, romantic relationship issues, borderline personality disorder, or people who do not have the time to devote to developing themselves outside of the therapy session.
