Coaching is an option that can help the client begin an exploration of self, set a goal for dealing with life, and be proactive in defining goals, and maintaining motivation.

How is coaching different from counseling?

In coaching, we do not deal with a specific problem or set of problems.  Instead, we focus on proactively setting goals, building a vision for the future, identifying strengths. 

Since coaching is not therapy, there is no “diagnosis” made and insurance companies do not reimburse for this program.



Fees for Coaching are as follows:
Four (4) - 30 minute sessions  $165
